At R.M. Landscape, we're proud of our heritage as a family-owned business with Rochester-roots, a track record of growth and success, and more young Lemcke’s in the family tree to carry on our traditions. 

Our founders, Mike and Rick Lemcke, came from a farming background. They decided to shift towards landscape management in response to increasing suburban sprawl: they saw a need in the community, and responded to meet it. Our core values have remained unchanged since Mike and Rick’s first day on the job, over forty years ago: customer appreciation, customer retention, and customer service. We believe that if we take care of our customers, the rest will take care of itself.
